Should you be denied entry upon arrival with all documents in hand we will refund you your ticket price. For refund, you must provide proof of all document applications, and confirmation of receipt, as well as any further documents or communications requested by a Beforeifly representative. An investigation ticket will be provided to you, the customer, while a Beforeifly representative reviews your file.
