Can I Change My Flight?
If you booked in the last 24 hours, you may be able to cancel your flight and re-book your changes online without penalty.
If your itinerary or confirmation email shows that you booked a Basic Economy or Light fare, your reservation cannot be changed. For other fares, if you booked more than 24 hours ago and need to change your flight, please call us at 1-844-424-4359 during office hours.
Can I Cancel My Flight?
You can cancel most flight bookings online. For some airfares, if you cancel within 24 hours, no penalty fees apply.If you cancel a non-refundable flight reservation, the airline may issue you a flight credit for a future booking instead of a refund.Some flight reservations are not eligible for a flight credit after cancellation. If you cancel one of these reservations, you will lose the value of your ticket.
Before you cancel your flight, review the Airline Rules & Regulations portion of your itinerary for any airline cancellation fees. Any applicable fees are always charged by the airline, not us.
